Robert Parke, FIA, ASA, MAAA, healthcare actuary and
Chair of the Board of Directors of FAIR Health 
will offer an overview of the United States healthcare system.
Using FAIR Health data and other sources,
he will also discuss key drivers of reform
(e.g., “Affordable Care Act”) and compare costs,
outcomes and access to healthcare systems
around the world – sharing anecdotes of patient experience.
