Rhinebeck Rotarian Jeffrey Scales and two high school student Interact Club members will share pictures and stories about 15 years of service in Central America. Their club’s February 2025 International Service Project will be building a playground and repairing a classroom in a rural community in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula -- one of only five "Blue Zones globally. Donations to support the project will be gratefully received.
