Leadership

Guided by neighbors, for neighbors.
Rhinebeck at Home is led by a dedicated Board of Directors and several working committees that shape our programs, support volunteers, strengthen member engagement, and guide long‑term planning.

Board of Directors

Our Board is composed of committed local residents who bring their experience, insight, and passion for community service. They oversee organizational health, ensure responsible governance, and support day-to-day operations.

Eric had a wonderful career as the Chief Financial Officer for several companies on Wall Street and in Tech. But the real central strength of his life has been his Buddhist practice, which began in his late teens. (He periodically disappears into the mountains of Nepal.) Prior to his work with Rhinebeck at Home he helped to build the very successful Columbia Kitchen, feeding people in need in Columbia County.
